Homes are not the safest place after all..

Just when the humanitarian, financial, food supplies efforts focus is on Myanmar, there came another - China's quake.

China's biggest earthquake for a community left couple of thousands dead, missing or buried, triggered a desperate nationwide relief effort. Rescue troops struggled by air, land and sea to reach Southwestern China areas. >12000 people had died in Sichuan alone and more were reported killed elsewhere, but the figures are expected to soar as the whole picture emerges clearer of the staggering devastation.

A 70-yr old retiree was leaving his hometown said ;"My wife died in the quake and my house was destroyed. I'm going to Chengdu but I don't know where I'll leave.
Lord, heal their land and the wounded. may the homeless find their place of refuge.

I never listen to what my heart says
cos it's on my left i.e its never right.
If I'm given a hundred reasons to cry,
I'll proof with a million reasons to smile.
