updates..?
We're transiting from autumn into winter and each day is getting freezing cold eg.4 degrees celcius now. There are times when i was really tired but its just too cold to get into bed(feeling is like lying on ice). I've got my 1SG as of 1 Nov. Dog tags is a mandatory personal equipment that every flying crew including pilots must wear before each flight but has anyone consider why? identification.. ya but why 2..? make a guess; pls refrain from answering for those who knew.
1 month plus has passed and work is tremendously tiring here. As few would have know that i'll be getting my 1SG with effect on 31 OCT. *phew* heng.. not in S'pore, if not i'll not be spared from you guys.. hahas.. people have approached and asked me questions whether have i regretted being a regular or plainly regretted signing on? I knew there're couple of such questions going on the minds of few.
I regretted signing on to a certain extend, not because i hate my job but due to certain working conditions and policies, other than that i still enjoy what i'm doing i.e flying. If asked whether will i extend my contract if given the opportunity to? hmm.. i'll prob would at this point of time.
I've visited the Texas state-fair today which is held annually @Dallas downtown with 2 other friends. We dint really managed to cover the whole fair but here's some of the highlights we've covered i.e cars showroom, historical and modern trains on display, museum, bird show, gamepark etc. Do also visit my flickr album to view the photos i've uploaded.. and guess what? Jars of clay will be performing live on the 14th of Oct but too bad won't be there to watch. *sign*
Myself and 3 other friends visited Fort Worth Aliance Airport for their airshows and static displays of the different aircrafts on Sun, 1 Oct. I've uploaded the photos into my flickr album for browsing. In the photos, you will see the Aliance tower, new aircraft inventions, recap of zero-fighter bombings @Pearl Harbour and the breath-taking airshow by the Thunderbirds.
I've watched my first movie, The Descent in Lewisville, Texas. What u saw in the pics above are facts and i do not made them up. The tickets are priced each @US$1 before 6pm, $1.5 after 6pm and $0.50 on Tues. The next question that comes to our mind would be; wah! the theatre must be very "derrok" or the screen must be black and white then. I can assure all that the seats are just as comfortable, colored screens with gd sound system and no forms of audio or visual distortion.. hmmm.. what movie shall i watch next?
I never listen to what my heart says
cos it's on my left i.e its never right.
If I'm given a hundred reasons to cry,
I'll proof with a million reasons to smile.
