"the break-up"
I've divorced my bike cos a third party fancied her prior to my departure to Dallas, Texas. I thought abt it; since i'm leaving so why not? I went down to LTA with the other party to sign the separation(transfer) papers on 28 Aug (Mon) and now she's no longer mine.. ha! A colleague took fancy on my car and even suggest that i offer an amt for him to take her. To sign separation(rent out) or divorce(sell) papers..? Will he take care of her if i rent her out? Will he clothe her and feed her well(periodic servicing/maintenance and petrol used)..? or let her stay with my parents while i'm away..? These are some of the questions going thru on my mind.. *signZ*
*phew* officially today is my last day of work. I'm starting my embarkation leave this Mon before departing on the 8th of Sept (fri).. a very much needed break indeed from the hussle and buzzle of routine busy work life, also a period to bond with with my family prior departure, settlement of personal matters i.e hps, vehicles, taxes, cc etc, gatherings and rest.. A can of red bull - $1.10
Health supplements package - $3,500
Health and fitness - Priceless There are some things money can't buy. For those, there's enough rest and exercise.
The itinerary has been laid out that i'll be departing on the 8 Sept (Fri) via Japan Airlines Intl @0810 and transit over at Tokyo Narita Airport @1630 before departing Narita for Dallas @1800 in another 12hrs of flight. The form of contact will probably be only msn, email or through blogs/websites.. I've also sent in my luggages today..uniforms, army stuff, appliances, untensils, toiletries..
Lastly not forgetting..
embarkation leave starts 27 Aug. I'll be leaving with my senior. I'll be staying at Summit with another of my colleague. Don't ask me where's that cos i, myself also not too sure.. and hopefully i'll be National Day 07.. not that i'm patriotic but to _________________.
Hahas.. not that i've got one but its the title of a movie, currently showing in theatres. Its a very jialat show with bad contents.
Joshua, Richard, Alfred, Clarence and myself met up this evening to watch Tokyo Drift initially @PS. We were just abt to queue for the tickets when Joshua suggested to watch "my super ex-girlfriend" instead after hearing the lousy reviews/comments from the people who have watched Tokyo Drift. We took a vote and ended up watching my super ex-girlfriend (i know my ex-girlfriend very attractive lah, everyone also wana see/watch.. hahas'). The show not only feature cheesy but sexual scenes. The title of the show should change to; hmm.. The super-woman, The land-shark, The amazing rock, Buy emperor-koil bed or Offend-me-not. I was neutral when comes to voting the show to watch so... avoid watching "my super ex-girlfriend" if anyone intend to watch!
Its abt a mth left prior departure and there're still so many work to do.. arghh.. my head is going to burst!
2 more days to NDP, involvement in RSAF day parade, FFI, medical, blood test, x-ray, shop for items, belongings packed to sent by 14Aug, clearance, going for courses i.e heli-underwater escape training.. settlement of bills, income tax, cc, vehicles, adminstrative work etc eg. returning legal documents, flight helmet etc.. Amist all these; we're given a choice for the airline that we prefer to take.. hmm.. JL or SQ? one will be a direct flight, the other a transit in Japan before arriving in Dallas.. yoohoo'
Anyway my embarkation leave starts on the 25 Aug.. let me see.. there're some things i wana do before leaving; ehh.. ice-skating which i've not done for ages, bowling to keep myself on track, canoeing, feasting etc
I never listen to what my heart says
cos it's on my left i.e its never right.
If I'm given a hundred reasons to cry,
I'll proof with a million reasons to smile.
